This notice explains what happens to your email address when you ask to be notified about kvyk.ai.

What we keep
Your email address, the language and the site (kvyk.ai or kvyk.eu) you subscribed on, and when you subscribed and confirmed.
Why
To tell you when kvyk.ai launches and to send you an occasional product update. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give by confirming your address and can withdraw at any time.
How long
Until you unsubscribe: every email has a link that deletes your address immediately. If you never confirm, your address is deleted after 7 days.
Where it is processed
Your data is stored and our emails are sent by Scaleway, a European cloud provider, in the EU. We do not sell or share your address, and we do not use it for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: as we are based in Belgium, our lead authority is the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be), and you may also contact the authority in your own country.
